Symantec reported that 92% of emails that we receive is spam up from 89% last year. Surprise or not it is the fact base on symantec.
Well not all bad news, as mentioned in their website the good news is that phishing activities declined by 5% this year. Most probably because people tend to ignore that kind of things nowadays and focus more on work (I am hoping that is the case in my office 
)
