We had a temporary setback earlier when the server Corregidor seems to be up but is not responding. We had to troubleshoot and dig deep in the hardware section to see what is the cause. We hadn’t had anytime to announce the issue.
Alas! We found out that it was a faulty NIC card and we had to shut it down immediately and replace with a brand new NIC card!
Now everything should be back to normal. We really apologize for any inconvenience this has caused but some things are unexpected so we just work as fast as we can.

Dear Valued Friends and Colleagues,
Starting on the 3rd February 2010, the Customer Lock feature will be deprecated and replaced by advanced Domain Theft Protection management. This is according to our main registrar Directi.
Henceforth, all Customers will be able to disable Domain Theft Protection on their Domains, even if you or your registrar have enabled it. By default, this feature will be enabled during the purchase process for all new Domains in the interests of greater control.
Domain Theft Protection links will be visible on the Domain Management console in the Control Panel as well as the Order Details page.
